Public pages describe current boundaries and selected historical results, not a comprehensive acceptance or independent assurance. In particular, GPU_GATE=CLOSED and live GPU/CUDA binding remains BLOCKED_UNBOUND; production/Mainnet readiness or authorization and independent audit are not claimed.
The current public reason for the strict execution/output binding block is BLOCKED_BY_VENDOR_PRIMITIVE_AVAILABILITY, based on documented public NVIDIA and Google interfaces reviewed as of October 2026. This does not change the internal binding state or any gate value. See the binding dependency and status vocabulary.
Rights require a separate grant
You may read the public informational presentation. Website access does not grant a license to private source code, patents or other project IP, or the right to distribute private materials. Review access is not a commercial license or proof of ownership. This notice does not restrict rights or exceptions that applicable law provides.

Any pilot, controlled access, integration, license, acquisition, or transfer must be covered by separately reviewed and signed agreements with appropriate parties. No NDA is automatic and no transfer, title, or license is promised here.
